Apple Inc. prévoit de garder Fortnite hors de son App Store jusqu’à ce que les appels soient épuisés dans son combat juridique avec Epic Games Inc. , le fabricant du jeu de bataille royale populaire.
Apple a envoyé une lettre à Epic mardi disant qu’il "n’examinera aucune autre demande de réintégration jusqu’à ce que le jugement du tribunal de district devienne définitif et sans appel". La lettre, envoyée aux avocats d’Epic par un cabinet représentant Apple, a été publiée sur Twitter par le PDG d’Epic, Tim Sweeney. Ce processus pourrait prendre cinq ans, a-t-il déclaré.
